Most adorable "motel" feels more like a cottage in a town straight from history with amazingly friendly and welcoming people and excellent vibe. We chose this for an inexpensive option on our honeymoon. We're planning to rebook for our one year anniversary before we leave. Clean and spacious rooms with great people. Thank you for making our stay so special
This was an immaculately clean room, with all new furnishings (see photos). They note the bathroom has a stall shower and worked great. Vanity and fixtures new, new TV, microwave and fridge. Places to sit outside each room with two, new Adirondack chairs. Owners were friendly and very accommodating. While close to downtown Littleton (what a wonderful place) it was quiet. If we return to the area for more hiking will try to book here again. Added note: I did a return stay (August, see added photo) and same experience - very clean, comfy bed, great price. I forgot my phone charger and noticed the alarm clock had a USB port. It's not a fancy place by any means - very clean, very comfortable, and very reasonable. When I return to the area will stay again (if there is availability, they only have 8 rooms).
Staying at this motel for a week with my partner, the owner is extremely nice, and accomodating. Only had a small problem, they refunded us for the day, and fixed it the next morning! They even offered us another room!! The place is small, and welcoming. Feels like home. :)
When I travel I really only care about 2 things: the price of the room and how clean the room is. This place scored A+ on BOTH. The price was amazing and the room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. I am quite impressed and will definitely be back!
We loved this place!! So unique and cozy. The owners are wonderful people and are always hard at work keeping everything spotless, literally! And well taken care of. It's a perfect place, could not ask for anything better. We will return, probably many times.
Quaint little place, close to the town of Littleton. Lots of places to eat and shops to browse around. Close to 93.....quiet, rooms are decent size, was very clean. Would come back again!

It's a very clean motel. The front desk employee was friendly. The rooms are super fabulous. There is great water pressure in the shower! Overall a great motel experience!
I have to second everyone's opinion here, this place is a gem. No online reservations and only 8 units, but they are friendly, the rooms are very clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and everything works, including AC, TV, and WiFi. The hot water is hot, the water pressure is great. You can't beat the price. It's simple but has everything you need to be comfortable. The microwave oven and mini fridge was also very handy. We'll be back! They have rooms with 1 queen or two full beds.
It’s an old school no frills motel. It is always clean and well kept. Its proximity to downtown Littleton and all it has to offer makes it a great place to stay. The price is great to especially in the current state of inflation and the economy.
